Central w2p finds places and services through WhatsApp. To do that it needs very little, and it keeps even less. This page says what is kept, for how long and how to delete it.
APAGAR to Central on WhatsApp. It immediately deletes what is linked to your number. What we keep
| Data | Why | For how long |
|---|---|---|
| Your location, rounded (about 1 km) | To search near you without asking for your location on every message | Used for 24 hours; kept until your next location or until you send APAGAR |
| The language you write in | To reply in English, Spanish or Portuguese, the way you wrote | Until you send APAGAR |
| How many messages you sent | To welcome you on the first one and remind you about SOS now and then | Until you send APAGAR |
| A search waiting for your location | To reply as soon as your location arrives | Used for up to 24 hours; deleted when the location arrives or when you send APAGAR |
| What was searched and not found, with city and country | To know which places and cities to add to the catalog | Without your number: the search cannot be linked to you |
| Technical logs (messages that pass through the system) | To find and fix errors | 30 days, deleted automatically |
We do not keep your name, contacts, photos or conversation history in Central's database. We do not sell data and we do not use your conversation for advertising.
Who else is involved
WhatsApp (Meta) delivers the messages between you and Central, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Anthropic provides the artificial intelligence that understands what you wrote (“I got a flat tire” becomes a search for a tire shop). It receives only the text of the message, without your number.
Microsoft Azure hosts Central and the data described above, in Brazil.
Where the places come from
From open data: OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license) and Brazil's National Registry of Health Facilities (CNES), from the Ministry of Health. The source is shown in the replies. Private practices of individual professionals are only listed with their consent.
Terms of use
Central is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 192 (SAMU, ambulance), 193 (firefighters) or 190 (police) first. Central's SOS shows these numbers and the nearest 24-hour emergency rooms, always for free, but it does not replace the call.
The data comes from open sources and may be out of date: address, phone and opening hours may have changed. Check before you go, especially for health. Results are sorted by distance and are not a recommendation.
Central only answers about places and services. It only talks when you write first and does not send messages you did not ask for.
